• The units are 40' x 14' with 12' x 12' doors
• Each unit has bright, 4 x 48" flourescent lighting
• Some units have an optional loft and if so, are available at no extra charge
• 24 hour Video Surveillance
• 24 hour Manned Security
• Night-time security light
• 5' Weather Protection Overhang (not pictured)

These units are the best around. They are clean and dry. The floors do not "sweat" when the frost comes out of the ground in Spring, unlike many other storage units. The new five foot overhang (not pictured) keeps snow and ice from freezing against the doors. The grounds are kept plowed during winter months.

The units rent for $140 per month. A Lease Agreement is required for rental, along with a security deposit of $140 as well.
